Eligibility Requirements — Please Confirm Before Applying

We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization in good standing with the IRS.
We primarily serve residents of La Crosse County or the surrounding Coulee Region of western Wisconsin.
Our programs align with one or more of the Foundation's funding priorities: Education, Hunger Relief, Early Childcare, Addiction & Recovery, Environmental Conservation, or Minority Empowerment.
We have an annual operating budget of at least $50,000.
We have been in operation for at least two (2) full years.

2026 Application Window: Proposals are accepted January 1 – March 31, 2026. Funding decisions are announced in May 2026. Only one proposal per organization per cycle.
